US Shipping Rates
The shipping rates posted for our products reflect the cost of shipping that item within the continental U.S. For shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories, please contact our Sales team. Our Free Shipping offers may not apply to customers outside the continental U.S.

In some instances, expedited shipping options such as 2-Day Air or Next-Day Air will be offered for an additional charge. If your desired shipping method is not posted online, please contact our Sales team for rates and availability.

For shipping rates outside of the United States, please refer to our International Shipping section below.


International Shipping
Most of our products may be shipped outside of the United States. If a shipping method for your country is not posted online, please contact our Sales team for rates and availability.

The transit time for international shipments will vary by product and shipping method. Please note that any applicable customs, duties, or brokerage fees will be the responsibility of the recipient. We are currently unable to provide estimates of these charges.


Delivery Times
The delivery date of your order will vary by product and shipping method. Delivery of most products within the continental U.S. will occur within seven business days of the shipment date. Unless guaranteed by the carrier, the transit time for your order serves only as an estimate.

Gift Wrap & Message Cards
Unfortunately, we do not yet offer gift wrap and message cards for our products. We do provide the option at checkout to include a note with your order; in most cases, this information will be printed on the packing list to be shipped with your product.


Commercial Carrier Shipments for Oversized Items
Our basic service includes delivery to the curbside or the first-floor entrance of your home. The carrier will contact you 24 hours in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present to sign for delivery of these shipments. Please note that in some instances, the recipient will be required to remove the shipment from the vehicle.

Indoor delivery and assembly (also referred to as White Glove Delivery) is also available on select items. This service includes delivery during a four-hour window, placement in the roo of choice, unpacking, and full assembly. The packaging material will also be removed at the request of the recipient. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of the shipment of your order, and your Order Status page will be updated with the ship date. Tracking numbers and instructions on tracking your shipment will be included when available.
