Works exactly as described...feeds balls consistently every five seconds at a distance of about 10-15 feet. This is not a full functioned ball machine (nor does it cost as much as full functioned machines), but it is a great, very portable way to get balls fed to work on technique.

Great product for beginners. I bought to help teach fundamentals to my kids and wife. I also use it for warming up and just get quick easy way to get reps in if no one to play with. The machine does not have the pace of regular play and is positioned on the same side of the court as the player, but again it is for beginners so this is OK for what it is.

This is a good product for beginners who just want to practice the techniques of all of the shots. It does improve the beginners game but anyone that progresses quickly will find they need more of a machine pretty soon. The ball is pretty much just lobbed at you without that much power (kind of like an underarm serve). It has improved my game and I enjoy using the machine which is cheap compared to any other one. It is battery operated which is very important as power is not available in many courts.

All in all a good machine for beginners though you will be craving a more powerful one soon.

I use this machine to replicate the work my coach does when he tosses me ball after ball to hone a given skill. It replaces him perfectly which keeps my skills up and my coaching costs down. It's effective, simple, and reliable. The batteries last longer than I expected. I'm very, very pleased with this unit - for what it is. Don't expect it to do any more than soft-toss and you'll be happy as well.
