In the beginning, my wife complained me to pay too much money on it. After using it several days, she loves it and does not want to play with me anymore. It is good for beginners like us to have fun to play tennis without picking balls up often. Our skills are improved whenever we use it. Although it is expensive and useful, I hope we can play tennis without it someday.
The machine is a little heavy and hard to move. So, I paid $30 to buy a multi-use cart. Then the problem is solved. I hope the company can improve it.
The machine was delivered promptly in good condition.

I bought this for my daughter who is on her high school varsity tennis team. It has helped improve her game tremendously. I did buy a small dolly to more easily transport from parking lots to tennis courts, but that's the only drawback.

This machine has been an excellent tool for myself and family. With the versatility, it has improved my game tremendously. My grandchildren have also made great use of it and love it. My wife who is a beginner has really benefitted from the use of the machine. I highly recommend it. It is not difficult to use and fairly light weight.

My Mother is 89 and plays in the National Senior Women's Tennis Circuit. She lives in a small Texas town where tennis opportunities are few and far away. We talk on the phone every night and once, she told me that the women she'd been practicing with seemed not to want to include her so much anymore and that the pros were mostly busy with the juniors. I could tell she's been crying.
First, I cried, then I got mad, then I got on the internet and researched the best ball machine to get her and it was YOURS.
She took it everyday to the cracked high school courts. It always had time for her, never complained about the heat, and NEVER made her feel old or left out. It silently infused her with the skill and confidence to achieve the NUMBER ONE RANKING in the USA in the 85's in 2007!
I recommend this ball machine to one and all; every age and ability. And while it possesses the precision, design, and workmanship that make a marketer's job easy, it gives it's user something far beyond it's claims. It gives the gift of accomplishment, renewed enthusiasm, and longevity. I thank you.
She was also inducted into the Texas Tennis Hall of Fame, and the Tennis Courts at Mennard Park in Galveston were named after her. And she's still going strong.

I use this product at least twice a month and for the most part have enjoyed using it. The plastic covers that are used to hold the balls in do not have strong ends and broke off after being hit by a couple of balls while I was hitting back. Also, sometimes it is hard to carry this machine around because it isn't the lightest and the handle is too low for a tall (6'2") guy like me. Other than that the features are excellent. I enjoy all the different speeds, spins and directional ball movements from this machine.

My husband uses the machine to train our twin daughters who is going to be the next Venus and Serena. The machine works great. It keeps the ball coming at them at different speed, timing and really gives them a workout.

My 16 year old daughter is on her high school tennis team and uses this terrific machine to improve her game. I love it too because she's much better than I am and it saves us both aggravation!

It is a great machine with many options. We have taught our grandchildren to play the game using the machine. It has helped with my serve, and it is a great work out!
