I use this machine for hours during the day in the summer and i think it is great. The speed and interval setting make for longer more relaxed ground stroke practice, to competitive ground stoke practice to quick back to back volley practice. This machine has done me a lot and i am glad I purchased it. A remote would have been nice but i don't mind running to turn it on and off.
